ให้ ดำเนินกำรดังต่อไปนี ้เมื่อเกิดสถำนกำรณ์ฉกุ เฉินหำงเสือขัดข้ อง และให้ ตดิ ประกำศไว้ บนสะพำนเดินเรื อ

และห้ องหำงเสือฉุกเฉิน (To be used during steering gear failure incidents. To be kept on the
bridge and in the Emergency Steering Gear room.)

ขัน้ ตอนการปฏิบตั ิ (Action) Personnel Responsible Remark

1. เรียกนายเรือ แจ้งนายยามฝ่ ายช่างกลให้ทราบ
1. Officer On Duty
2. Call the master and advise engineer officer on watch
2. ยกเลิกระบบถือท้ายอัตโนมัติ (Disengage autopilot) Officer On Duty
ดาเนินการเปิ ดระบบสารองหรือระบบหางเสือฉุกเฉิน Officer On Duty

Engage alternate or emergency steering system
ตรวจสอบตาบลทีเ่ รือในบริเวณใกล้เคียง Officer On Duty

Check positions of vessel in vicinity.
นาเรือตามความเหมาะสมหากจาเป็ นให้หยุดเครื่อง Master /
5.
Maneuver as appropriate and if necessary stop engines. Officer On Duty
นาเรือออกห่างจากเรืออื่น ให้อยูใ่ นระยะทีป่ ลอดภัย Master /

Take away off ship is safe to do so. Officer On Duty
ในกรณีจาเป็ นให้แสดงสัญณาณเสียงทีเ่ หมาะสม Master

If necessary - make appropriate sound signals.
หากอยู่ในพืน้ ทีก่ ารเดินเรือ ให้แจ้งประกาศข่าวให้เรือลาอื่นทราบ Master / GMDSS
8. If in a traffic area, Broadcast URGENCY or security Officer
message on VHF to alert other vessels,

Exhibit NUC shapes/lights/signals as necessary. Duty

Prepare engine for maneuver Duty
11. เฝ้ าฟั งวิทยุVHFช่อง16 ตลอดเวลา (Switch on VHF Channel 16) Officer On Duty

12. Prepare for anchoring if considered necessary and depth of Master
water is suitable.

13. บันทึกตาบลทีเ่ รือ (Fix position of vessel) Duty
ตรวจสอบอันตรายจากการเดินเรือในสถานทีใ่ กล้เคียง Master/ Officer On

Check for navigational hazards in vicinity Duty
15. ปรับสถำนะแสดงข้ อควำม AIS (Modify AIS status) Master / Ch. Officer
แจ้ งเจ้ ำหน้ ำที่ควบคุมเมืองท่ำ ตำมควำมเหมำะสม

Inform port authority, as appropriate.
