-Okay now let us discuss how the time in our
clock is being told.

- The number pointed by the short hand tells (pupils are listening)
the hour. Each number on the clock face
stands for five minutes which is pointed by the
long hand. To read the time where the short
hand is on 5 and the long hand is on 7, count
by 5’s from 12, 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35.
Then, the time is written 5:35.

morning, or twenty-five minutes before six in
the morning.
- The AM stand for morning. The PM stands

group must have their leader and secretary

-I will spin the hands of the clock and you will
tell me what is the time it stops and points.
You have to write it in the illustration board. I
will count 5 seconds, after it every answer will
be raise up!

B.3 Application
-With the same group, we will have an activity. (pupils are doing the activity)
I will tell you the time and this time you will be
the one to set the clock according to what I
tell. You have to raise up your clock after
setting it within 5 seconds. The group with the
highest points will be the winner.
