I would like to ask your permission and approval to organize and manage a Focus Group
Discussion (FGD) on Remedial Teaching in Reading and Numeracy to improve pupils’ reading
and numeracy level tomorrow, July 12, 2019 at exactly 1:30 in the afternoon.

A make-up class will be conducted to fill-in the day that will be utilized for the said FGD.
Thirty (30) minutes extension will be allotted after the regular class in the morning every day
that will commence on _______________________________.
