4 Cable tray and protectors are properly supported and right materials are used

5 Check cable seggregation in accordance with drawings

6 Check repair where cuts, spacing and fabrication have been made good
7 Check if thermal expansions are provided for straight cable tray run

8 Check if cable tray cover provided for vertical runs

Check if expansion guide and hod down clips are placed as per standard installation

10 Check for deflection of tray after cable installation

11 Check tray size,radius and elevation as per layout drawings

12 To ensure no sharp edges

13 Check electrical continuity
14 Check clearance from heat sources
15 Check earthing & bonding against drawings

16 Check insulation pads are adapted to stainless steel or aluminium cable tray/ladder

17 Cover (if required) is fitted properly

18 Check the capacity of cable tray/ladder against bunching, size of cables etc.

19 Check cover installation,if any against drawings

20 Produce marked-up documents in accordance with installation

21 Produce list of defects for punchlist issue
