NARRATIVE REPORT ON PROJECT STAR (SECOND QUARTER)

For more than 6 years of providing quality education, Northville 15 Integrated School is
continuously soaring to a greater height. As the school celebrated this year’s second quarterly
recognition program, the school is determined in producing competitive and quality students.
The achievers were gathered inside the covered court before the start of the program.
They were accompanied by their parents who were seated outside the barriers enclosing the
center of the covered court.
Sir Ariel Perez finally opened the program through the opening remarks after the singing
of the Philippine national Anthem and prayer led by ____ respectively.
After the remarks, the awardees assisted with their grade level leaders and advisers
finally received their certificates and medals for a job well done in the previous quarter. This will
serve as an inspiration and motivation to continue their journey.
Ma’am Leah Mesina, project star coordinator ended the program with her closing
remarks. Ms. _____(ELEM) and ________ (HIGHSCHOOL) are the masters of ceremony in
the said program.
