I. LESSON OBJECTIVE
• fix the broken puzzles and identify which season is on the picture; and
• show cooperation and teamwork through participating in the group activity.
II. SUBJECT-MATTER
A. Preliminary Activities

iv. Arranging of Chairs
v. Checking of Attendance
vi. Submission of assignment
vii. Review of the past lesson (the teacher will call a pupil/ pupils to recap
the past lesson)

(The teacher will divide the class into four and let the pupils fix the `
broken puzzles).
D. Analysis
(The teacher will show pictures and ask the pupils to identify and describe each).
E. Elaboration
( The teacher will ask the pupil to give the summary of the discussion.)
i. The teacher will post pictures on the board and he/she will call random
pupil/s to paste the answer on it.
ii. The teacher will divide the class into four groups. Each group will
create a jingle or songs using the concept on the seasons on Earth.
IV. EVALUATION
_____1. What is the hottest of the four temperate seasons, falling after
spring and before autumn/fall?
_____2. What season is the coldest of the year in polar and temperate zones,
occurs after autumn and before spring?
V. ASSIGNMENT
Direction: In a one half sheet of paper, write the activities that you can do in
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
