This is my process for managing / scaling my ads every day.

I always jump in
and MANAGE / KILL the bad ones, then scale them. I do this every night. (no it
doesn't matter what time)

When you guys watch the case study, this is exactly the process I follow, I just
don't verbally say it every time just because I've gotten so used to it / fast at it.

Step 1: (KILLING)

Adset delivery: Active or in review

Filter by ROAS (Greatest to Least)

⁃Select the adsets below your BEROAS

⁃Filter by selection

Step 2: (WHILE HAVING ADSETS BELOW BER SELECTED)

⁃Select all the adsets that say “Copy” next to it

⁃Turn off or delete those adsets, since they already got their second chance

-Turn off all adsets that have over $1 CPC (no mercy)

-Select all the adsets that don’t say “Copy” next to it

⁃Filter by selection

⁃Duplicate them to give them a second chance (shows adset to a different

pocket of audience)

⁃Turn off or delete the original adsets

Step 3: (SCALING)

⁃Deselect all and go back to all active adsets

⁃Select all the profitable adsets

⁃Create new adsets from the similar suggestions to keep horizontal scaling

Step 4:

⁃Microtest the ones you haven’t yet (adsets that have a sale)

⁃Filter by selection

⁃Microtest (Always duplicate the adset)

⁃Platform

⁃Age
⁃Only micro test one at a time, so if an adset is going to get microtested by
platform come back after 24 hours to see if it is profitable and microtest for age

⁃Once those have both been microtested, scale profitable adsets by duplicating
and doubling the budget

Step 5:

⁃Go back to all active adsets

⁃Select all the profitable adsets

⁃Place top 8-15 adsets in a CBO at $100-200 a day
