LESSON PLAN IN KINDERGARTEN


1st Quarter
WEEK 5- DAY 4 (Thursday)
Time: 7:40-8:35 (55 minutes)

I . OBJECTIVES:
1. Identify angry faces.
2. Color pictures that shows angry faces.
3. Appreciate people that make them feel better when they are angry.

A. Preparation
MEETING TIME 1
Review:
What are the 4 basic emotions?
Motivation:
-Let the pupils sing “Dinhi Malipayon”

B. Lesson Proper

Discussion: COT OBJ #3

Let the pupils see different scenario that shows anger feelings.
Ask: What are the reasons that can cause a person to be angry?
C. Work Period 1: COT OBJ #2
Group Activity

Find A Match
The learners will cut emotions and paste it in the corresponding pictures.

Independent:
 Activity 1: Color Angry Faces
The learner will identify and color pictures that shows anger.

 Activity 2 : Modelling Clay


Learners will form angry faces using play dough.

 Activity 3: Lace Me
The learners will lace properly the laminated basic emotions.

D. Analysis and Discussion/Meeting Time 2

The teacher will present the output of each group to the whole class.

Ask: Who will comfort you if you are angry?


Is it good if anger stays long within yourself?

Transition from Meeting Time 2 to Recess


 Let the pupils prepare their food for recess time by washing their hands and encourage
sharing specially if not all of them have food. Properly throwing of garbage is always advised.
