h. ATTENDEES: SSG OFFICIALS, YES-O OFFICERS, GLEE Club officers and the adviser and representative from the
barangay council

II. HIGHLIGHT OF ACTIVITY

On June 25, 2019, Student Government Organization (SSG) Officials lead the tree planting
together with the other club organization like the GLEE CLUB and the YES-O officers in coordination with
the barangay Official of Barangay Cagubatan in celebration of the ARBOR Day, July 25, 2019.

The Barangay provided the 60 pine tree seedlings to be planted in the school premise. We got
and planted also 125 different fruit bearing trees from the SSG Nursery in the school

The activity started with the orientation given by Yes-0 adviser Mrs. Rodelia Galeng following
the Checking of the attendance by the different Secretaries and prayer before proceeding with the
planting. The activity ended at exactly 11.45 am.

The activity were facilitated by the barangay secretary Emma Baangsail, SSG Adviser Philip
Gapacan, YES-O Adviser Rodelia Galleng and Glee Club adviser Mr. George Camtugan
