guidance, so that the author can complete the report on the Field Work Practices
that have been Carried out at PT Cipta Prima Sejahtera. Prayers and greetings may

Preparation of reports on Field Work Practices activities is one of the
requirements to take the National Examination (UN) at SMK Negeri 2 Kendal in
2019/2020.
Field Work Practices activities are intended as one of the provisions in
entering the level of business or industrial world and to foster a better mental
attitude in carrying out obligations as the successor to the nation, so that they are-
able and ready to work.
With the holding of Field Work Practices students are expected to be Able
to Achieve the desired goals. Among them students are Able to get to know the
world of work and be Able to apply the material learned at school and can be

add insight into science in the world of work / industry.

BACKGROUND

Vocational High School as one of the National Education Sub-

System, has a very important position in the function of preparing skilled
workers to support the National Education System. Efforts to prepare
skilled workers in accordance with the needs of the business world and
industry, approached through a "link and match" policy are the
implementation of Field Work Practice (PKL).

Basically the Field Work Practice (PKL) is an organization that

integrates with the education system of business and industry. The

differences in the value standards of schools and the world of work and at
the same time bring labor supply and demand closer.

The foundation of the implementation of Vocational High School
