ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON

THE UNIVERSAL CHILDREN’S MONTH 2018

The Universal Children’s Month is observed in the country every year to


emphasize the importance of the role of the children in the Filipino family and
in nation building. It also supports Section 13, Article II of the Philippine
Constitution which recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation building and
mandates the promotion and protection of their physical, moral, spiritual,
intellectual, and social well-being by instilling in them the values of patriotism
and nationalism, among others, as well as encouraging in public and civic
affairs.

This year, the Child Development Centers of Ramon took part in the
annual celebration through a program which consisted of various activities
encouraging every CDC pupil’s participation. A parade around the town was
conducted which was participated by parents, stakeholders, barangay officials
and Municipal representatives. The Honorable Mayor, Mr. Jesus D. Laddaran,
also graced the occasion and delivered inspiring message to the participants.
The little children showcased their talents and skills in dancing. They also
dressed up in their National Costume as the the celebration of the United
Nation’s Month was also integrated in the program.

The different Child Development Workers in cooperation with the


Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office facilitated the program
which became memorable and worthwhile. Collectively, the celebration was
both educating and fun-filled for the children as well as for all who took part in
the program.

THE NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION 2018

The country purposely celebrates the nutrition month every year in the
month of July to spread the message about proper nutrition for all Filipinos.

The Child Development Centers of Ramon conducted the Nutrition Month


Celebration on the 31st day of July 2018 with the theme ”Ugaliing Magtanim,
Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin.” With this, the pupils of all the CDC in Ramon had
chance to participate in the different activities. They showcased their talents in
singing, dancing and drawing. The parents also participated by preparing food
for their children. Some parlor games were also prepared both for pupuls and
their parents. Some barangay officials also graced the occasion and delivered
inspirational messages.

Through the support and cooperation of the stakeholders, workers, pupils


and government officials, the celebration was successfully done.

THE MOVING UP CEREMONY 2019

“Isulong: Tamang Pag-aaruga Para sa Lahat ng Bata”. This has been the
theme of the most awaited time of the year for the pupils of the different Child
Development Centers in the municipality of Ramon. After a year of learning
new things, bonding with new found friends, and spending their weekdays on
their second home, they have finally moved up!

The Moving Up Ceremony was conducted on March 21, 2019 at the


Bugallon Proper Amphitheater, Ramon, Isabela. The program started with the
assembly of all the pupils from the different CDC in town. The ceremony
started with the marching of the daycare graduates with their proud parents.
The march was followed by the national anthem, and a prayer. After the
inspiring messages of the guests, the certificates of recognition and diplomas
were conferred to the graduates.

Moving-up day won’t be complete without the kids showcasing their talent.
Through their acrostics presentation, the graduates explained how they felt
about attending the daycare sessions. They also expressed their gratitude to
all through singing their graduation song.
