Function

Marketing

Function:

Quailfication:

Bachelor's degree; master's often preferred, Strong

communication, sales, presentation, management, and leadership
skills; goal-oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure;
knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms;
strong budgeting, Internet, and computer skills

OPERATING

FUNCTION:

consist of principle activities that a company performs to earn

income

Qualification:
 bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, statistics, finance,
business or a related field is expected

sales

function:

an exchange of money for goods, services, or other property.

Quailfication:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related

field. Experience in sales. Understanding of the sales process and
dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.

Admin

Function:

refers to activities that deal with organizing and managing the

work of a business.

Qualification:

Associates degree programs, which provide entry-level

opportunity, usually take two years. A bachelor's degree program
takes four years. Master's degree programs and MBAs generally
require one to two years.

Human resources

Function

is the function within an organization that focuses on the

recruitment of, management of, and providing direction and
guidance for the people who work in an organization.
Qualifications:

a bachelor's degree, Up to 5 years of experience, Interpersonal,

decision-making, organizational, leadership, and speaking skills;
ability to use human resource management software
