CONTENT STANDARD: The learners will demonstrate understanding on the knowledge skills, and attitudes
required in preparing appetizers.
LEARNING COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge: Identify tools and equipment needed in the preparation of appetizers.
Understanding: Classify appetizers according to ingredients.
Doing: Clean, sanitize, and prepare tools, utensils, and equipment based on the required tasks.
PERFORMANCE STANDARD: The learners will independently prepares appetizers.
FORMATION STANDARD: Resourcefulness, cleanliness, creativity and sense of responsibility.
