1. Purpose:

This procedure specifies the method of testing equipment for


8700T in compliance with technical requirement.

Quy tr×nh nµy quy ®Þnh c¸ch thö c¸c thiÕt bÞ phôc vô cña tµu
hµng 8700 T

theo ®óng yªu cÇu kü thuËt.

C«ng nh©n tham gia thö ph¶i lµ ngêi ®îc ®µo t¹o ®óng
nghÒ, ®îc huÊn luyÖn ®Çy ®ñ vÒ kü thuËt an toµn vµ ®îc
trang bÞ ®Çy ®ñ b¶o hé lao ®éng.
The test participated worker needed to be well trained
according to the safety techniques and provided with suffictient
labour protections.
Ngêi kh«ng cã nhiÖm vô kh«ng ®îc tham gia vµo qu¸ tr×nh
thö.
The unauthorized people are not allowed to participate into
the test process.
Kh«ng ®îc tù tiÖn thay ®æi chÕ ®é thö mµ cha ®îc phÐp
cña héi ®ång thö. The test procedure should not to be
changed by one-side when it is not permitted by the test
managing group.
C¸c thiÕt bÞ phßng ch¸y ch÷a ch¸y ph¶i ®¶m b¶o ®Çy

The fire distinghuished equipment should be ready for
using in right place.

KiÓm tra viÖc l¾p r¸p toµn bé c¸c bu l«ng ch©n cña thiÕt
bÞ, l¾p r¸p c¸c hÖ thèng èng theo s¬ ®å nguyªn lý.
The fitting for all the holding down bolts of equipments
needed to be checked, the piping systems should be fitted
according to the principle diagrams.

®éng c¬, c¸p, c¸c b¶ng khëi ®éng, nót Ên ®iÒu khiÓn tõ

Supply power to be checked: Insulation level of motors,and
cables, starting panels and remote control push buttons etc…

Piping system should be well-cleaned before testing

thèng ( §· ®îc kiÓm ®Þnh ®é chÝnh x¸c tríc khi thö ).
The assembly inspection to be performed for the gauges,
the measurement devices built in system (Of which the
accuracy to be registered before testing).
C¸c kÐt chøa dÇu LO, DO, HFO dïng ®Ó thö c¸c b¬m tuÇn
hoµn, vËn chuyÓn ph¶i ®îc n¹p ®ñ sè lîng cÇn thiÕt.
The LO, DO, HFO tanks used to test transfer, circular
pumps should be fulfilled with suffictient volume as needed.
Khi thö c¸c b¬m níc biÓn tµu ph¶i ë tr¹ng th¸i næi hoµn
toµn.
Ship should be absolutely floated during pump test is
performed.

Supply power for pump in 5  10 seconds and stop pump
for checking pump rotating direction

tank gradually, the automatic water supply of pump to be
observed with Psupply=0.25 MPa.

test.

Units.

Power is connected to pump. After 5 10 seconds, pump
will be stopped to check its turning direction.
Khëi ®éng b¬m cøu háa, cho b¬m ho¹t ®éng trong 10
phót ®Ó c¸c th«ng sè æn ®Þnh . KiÓm tra ¸p suÊt cña b¬m
b»ng c¸ch dïng tay ®ãng dÇn van chÆn t¹i cöa ra cña b¬m,
®ång hå b¸o ¸p lùc sÏ t¨ng dÇn ®Õn khi ¸p suÊt kh«ng t¨ng
n÷a ghi l¹i trÞ sè ¸p lùc nµy. Më hÕt cì van chÆn.
Fire fighting pump to be started, it shall be operated in 10
minuites to stabilize the parameters. Pump pressure shall be
checked by closing stop valve gradually at the outlet port,
pressure gauge readings shall increase until reaching its limit,
and then these pressure parameters should be reported. Stop
valve is now being opened fully.

kÌm ®ång hå b¸o ¸p lùc P = 0  6 Kg/cm2 (0  0, 6 MPa) ë ®iÓm
xa nhÊt vµ cao nhÊt.
Two hydrant hoses with  = 13 or 16 mm nozzles to be
provided with pressure gauge P = 0  6 Kg/cm2 (0  0,6 MPa ) at
the highest and farrest point.

van cã l¾p vßi phun ë vÞ trÝ cao nhÊt hoÆc xa nhÊt.
All valves at other positions needed to be closed; only one
or two valves should be equipped with nozzles for the highest
and farrest positions.

nhÊt Pmin  0.2 MPa
Pressure of the highest and farrest nozzle should be checked when P min 
0.2 MPa.

chai kh«ng qu¸ 5% ¸p suÊt ban ®Çu ( N»m trong kho¶ng P =

Compressed air is charged into main air reservoir and Gen
set air receiver with pressure = 2. 90 MPa. Then all the valves
to be closed, the pressure reduction is not less 5% than initial
pressure after 12 hours (Between P=2.762.80 MPa).

M/E startimg air bottle: the reserved compressed air in the
starting and reversing air bottle capacity is not less than 12
continuously starting times to serve M/E forwading and
reversing operation. After the final pressure of air receiver is
repported which can make M/E start (This mode is only applied
during seatrial)

sufficient; the electric system is ready for operation. Rudder
gudgeon bushing and upper bearing is well greased.
