* Customer is to provide any Tooling for Press-Fit Connectors, or any Tooling specific to the products.
* IPC Class 2 is NPI's default standard (Class 3 can be performed upon request)
* Our Standard process calls for Baking of PCB's and IC's overnight. Please add 1 extra day to your
paid Lead time and advise us that Baking is required, or we will have to skip these steps with the
understanding that your provided materials are moisture-safe!
* Workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 (Twelve) months. In case of a Rework/Repair/or Replacement,
we will share expenses up to the Assembly Labor we quote.
* NPI's default financial terms will be NET 30. Credit Card/Cashier's Check for 1st time customers.
On all offshore orders, 50% of NRE costs are due at PO time, 50% on first delivery.
When payments are not in our office before the terms expire, we reserve the rights to add a 2%
per month late fee for every month payments are late!
* This quote will only be valid for 30 days. (Material quotes are subject to component availability
and component lead times at the time PO issued).
* All ECOs/ECNs, quantity changes, and post-assembly installations will be reviewed for price adjustments.
* Customer is to provide NPI Technologies with all final documentation by the time the Purchase
Order is issued: Bill of Materials, Assembly Drawings & Instructions, CADCentroid file,
Panelized Gerber file, Test Procedures, C of C Requirement, etc.
* For automated runs, components should be on Tapes/Reels/or Trays. Any extra works to prep
components will require an additional charge. Please allow for scraps. On Cut Tapes, allow 4-5
inches extra length.
* Shipping costs are not reflected in this quote. Please provide us with your Shipping Acct.

* This quote is confidential between NPI and you. There will be no written or verbal disclosure of quote
information unless there is written authorization from NPI Technologies.
