prospective guest who wishes or desires to rent or occupy the aforesaid
unit and to accept the payment and acknowledge its receipt for the
use thereof.

4. Make, sign, execute, deliver or receive any and all documents of

whatever nature or kind and to do or cause to be done all such other
acts and things as may be appropriate or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing authority.

GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO my/our said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and
authority to do and perform every act and deed whatsoever requisite and
necessary to done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue of these presents.
