1. GENERAL
1.1 Contract Documents
1.1.1 All work of this Section shall comply with the requirements of the Contract
Documents for the Main Building Works, with the Drawings, Schedules and with all
other Contract Documents.
1.2 Work Included
1.2.1 Supply and installation of safes to wardrobes in Master Bedroom of Apartments.
1.3 Related Work Specified Elsewhere
1.3.1 Finish Carpentry : 06 20 00
1.3.2 Architectural Woodwork : 06 30 00 / 06 31 00
1.4 Quality Assurance
1.4.1 Manufacturer's Data
a) Technical and Specification Data.
b) Custom colour samples for selection of colour.
1.5 Submittals
1.5.1 Product Data & Certificates :
Submit, three (3) sets prints and one (1) set reproducible sepias of all
manufacturer’s shop drawings prior to delivery.

2.1.1 Acceptable manufacturers, subject to compliance with specified requirements.
Other manufacturers providing similar and equal product and approved by the
Architect.

2.2 Safe
2.2.1 Safe shall be Chubb, size 356 x 356 x 305 mm (high) home safe or approved
equivalent.
3. EXECUTION
3.1 Installation
3.1.1 Install safes in wardrobes per manufacturer’s instructions, as shown on the
Drawings.
