Dear Fatima,

How are you? I hope you are doing well. So you heard the news, right? Corona (COVID-
19) is all over the news! The virus started in China, and it came from the animals. Now,
this virus has spread all over the world. Like here in Jordan there are about 65 cases now,
and I heard that there are a lot of cases in your country too.
Everyone is going crazy about this virus, because it can spread easily. But luckily there
are ways to get rid of this virus. I did some research about it and I found out that the best
way is to wash your hands with soap and water, to use sanitizers, wear masks, and to
keep some distance between you and the person you are coming into contact with.
Because of this virus, for safety, the schools will be closed for 2 weeks. So far, we have
been taking online classes since Sunday. We don’t like it, but we can't waste this time and
not take any classes. To be honest, I think studying online helped us stay busy. So in a
sense, we are more comfortable than we would be if we didn’t have anything to do but
worry. Another perk is that we can eat whenever we want, wear pajamas to class and take
the class while lying on bed lol.
