3-9-20 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.: Monday was my first day back from my break so I asked a

fellow staff member to let me know how the fundraiser was going. I tried to keep up with

planning as much as I could while I was gone but I did not have cellphone service most

of the time. Later I began pulling shirts from storage and organizing them as much as I

could. I worked on this the whole day.

3-10-20 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.: Tuesday I continued to organize shirts. After I got a few of

the boxes organized I began to catalog the shirts by color, size, and what box I found

them in on an Excel spreadsheet. I did this all day, bringing the new boxes down as

needed.

3-11-20 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.: On Wednesday morning I received a graphic from Melissa

for the fundraiser. I posted this on different social media platforms in hopes to gain

donations from followers and friends. I monitored my social media throughout the day to

check for any messages or Venmo statements. I continued cataloging shirts while doing

this. Around mid day the whole office went to support a staff member that was doing a

times talk on the ERA. The talk was very informative and I enjoyed it immensely. The

conversation was informative and thought provoking.

3-12-20 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.: Thursday morning I looked at what donations had been

sent to me through Venmo and logged those in an Excel spreadsheet the team was

keeping. After doing this I transfered the donations to the crowdthunder page for our

fundraiser. It was exciting to see us creep closer to our goal. I continue to log shirts the

rest of the day.

3-13-20 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.: Friday was focused around the end of the fundraiser and

plans for the coming weeks. We met our goal for the fundraiser around lunch but none of
us had time to celebrate because we were too busy trying to plan for the next two weeks.

Dr. Graham met with us and discussed what we would need to do to work remotely for

the coming weeks. We were all very stressed out as none of us had planned to do this and

weren’t sure what we were going to do. With the office close it will be very hard for me

to work on my clothesline project. We have plans to be in contact with Dr. Graham as

often as possible and take it one step at a time because we have never worked remotely

before.
