Dr. Jovito M. Barcenas presided the teleconference;

-The meeting started with new terminologies, Sir Jovit encourage SH’s to be well verse of new terms

-Learning continuity plan (Online Platforms)

-SIP/AIP must be updated (consider basic needs during this time of health emergency)

-Keep teachers busy to avoid boredom, involvement in several online trainings and webinars

-For Schools with J.O., for them to received hazard pay, write a letter of request address to SDS, include memo
and make sure that they are reporting in school.

-Watchman/Utility (LSB) to received Hazard pay, make sure that they are reporting in school.
-Ma’am Marites informed Sir Jovit that watchmen assigned in LANDAYAN ANNEX had an
adjusted duty due to prioritizing school’s safety.
-Sir Jovit replied, to inform Mam Julie and Russel for verification

-If Brgy. Officials will be asking for teachers’ assistance make sure it is in voluntary basis only

FINANCE
-Are all SAN PEDRO Deped Employees (NEW) were able to received their salaries?
-Are all San Pedro Deped Employees entitled for PBB able to received it?
-Paki double check ang lahat ng beneficiaries’ ng PBB if nakareceived na, if not, why? Ang mga retired
na, pwede ang UMID CARD “sir Jovit”

TEACHER APPLICANT
-Hiring Selection “ONLINE” (Interview via GOOGLE MEET)
-All teacher applicants must registered online with SDO-SGOD Link (will be forwarded)
-Pertinent documents should be in PDF Form
-Prepare 10-minute demo-teaching video

-ONLINE TRAINING If Not Lifted
