Parallel Lines- are coplanar lines which do not intersect no matter how far they are extended.
(Parallel lines, in short, hindi na nga pinagtagpo, hindi pa itinadhana.)
Coplanar lines- are lines in the same planes. (Magkasama sa iisang plane)
Transversal line- is a line which cuts two or more lines at two or more distinct points.
Using these angles formed, these are the different angle pairs:
5. Alternate Interior Angles- are the interior angles which are not adjacent and
on opposite side of the transversal.
3 =6; 4=5
2. Alternate Exterior Angles- are the exterior angles which are not adjacent and
on opposite side of the transversal.
1=8; 2=7
3. Corresponding Angles- are interior and exterior angles on the same side of a
transversal but are not adjacent.
1=5; 3=7; 2=6;4=8
4. Interior angles on the same side of transversal
3+5=180; 4+6=180
5. Exterior angles on the same side of transversal
1+7=180; 2+8=180

otherwise, write D.
Response TOPIC: Parallelism and Perpendicularity
A 1. Lines that do not intersect are parallel lines.
A 2. Skew lines are coplanar.
A 3. Transversal is a line that intersects two or more
lines.
A 4. Perpendicular lines are intersecting lines.
A 5. If two lines are parallel to a third line, then the
two lines are parallel.
A 6. If two lines are perpendicular to the same line,
then the two lines are parallel.
A 7. If one side of a quadrilateral is congruent to its
opposite side, then the quadrilateral is a
parallelogram.
A 8. Diagonals of a parallelogram bisect each other.
A 9. Diagonals of a parallelogram are congruent.
A 10. Diagonals of a parallelogram are perpendicular.
D 11. Opposite sides of a parallelogram are parallel.
A 12. Opposite angles of a parallelogram are
congruent.
D 13. Consecutive angles of a parallelogram are
congruent.
