The goals and objectives of Sweet CESARian’s Polvoron is to start the business
on the year 2020 and gaining good customer feedback. To promote healthy competition
among other competitors by tagging an equilibrant and just price. Also to expand our
knowledge and capability on handling the business.
Vision/ Mission
My Polvoron will be one of the product of our business named Sweet CESARian
will offer, it aspires to produce Polvorons that can keep pace with the Polvorons of
famous stores and taste of the new generation not just in the way of introducing new
flavors but in a sense of unusual physical characteristics of it (i.e. Cookies and Cream
Polvoron).
Target Market
Sweet CESARian’s Polvoron are reasonably priced homemade products that can
be sold in Southern Luzon State University College of Engineering and can be ordered
online through facebook page. The location is best for the accessibility, availability, and
for our target need of the business. It is usually packed in small sizes. People of all
ages, without a doubt, will enjoy Sweet CESARian’s Polvoron.
The Sweet CESARian’s Polvoron aims to satisfy the quality, taste, needs and
wants of the customers. I have observed that in other stores that sells polvoron such as
the SLSU Coop. in our school canteen usually sell an ordinary piece of polvoron. Unlike
in our polvoron, I have added flavors such as malunggay and cookies and cream to
enhance its taste to make it more delicious. I also consider our product as a modified
and unique one. I also observe that they only sell polvoron in their store unlike my
polvoron that can be ordered online.
Selling Price
I based our selling price on the ordinary cost of polvoron nowadays. Each
polvoron will cost 6 pesos each. It’s for the affordability of our product and also for the
competitiveness.
