Chapter I: Strategic Plan

A. Business Concept

1. Name of the Business

CHEF’S CHU!RROS

Chef’s Chu!rros was the chosen name of the business, which is inspired by
the expression 'Chef's kiss,' which implies that something is well-made or
good. The word kiss from the said gesture was changed with the ‘Chu!’,
which is an interjection or onomatopoeia for the sound of a kiss, and the
spelling of churros was extended to complete the name. The enterprise
wants to show that once the customers taste the delectable and cheflike
created churros that the business offers, they will undoubtedly execute a
Chef's kiss gesture as a statement of like and approval.

2. Nature of Business

FOOD SERVICE

The nature of the business falls under the food service. Foodservice is
usually making, transporting, or selling prepared foods for people, and
Chef’s Chu!rros, as a pastry dessert business inclined to this nature of
business, offers both ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook churros with orders
taken online and delivered prior to the chosen courier service of the
customer.

3. Logo of the Business

The logo of the business contains the following elements:

● Pink, brown, and off-white colors - The colors chosen for the
logo represent the flavors of dips that we offer: pink for strawberry,
brown for chocolate, and a rich off-white tint for vanilla chocolate.

● Chef’s Kiss and Churros Icon - Because the expression "Chef's

Kiss" inspired the name of our company, we included an icon for
this gesture in the center of the logo, along with the churros icon,
which represented the company's product.

● CHEF’S CHU!RROS - This text was included in the logo to

serve as a reminder of our company's name.

● TASTE THE BLISS AND MAKE A CHEF’S KISS! - This text

represents our company's tagline.

● ESTD. 2022 - This text simply states the year of our company's
establishment and was added to fill out more of our identity in our
logo.

4. Industry Description

FOOD INDUSTRY

Chef’s Chu!rros is in the food industry since it offers a pastry dessert,

which is a variety of food eaten after lunch, supper, or even a light meal or
snack. The food industry is complicated, encompassing all sectors
responsible for food production, and Chef’s Chu!rros, as a dessert-focused
enterprise, is acquiring raw ingredients supplied by farmers in the market
in order to manufacture churros that appeal to today's tastes. The company
processes and delivers churros in a ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook state,
with dips that are current and tailored to the preferences of the customers.
People's preferences for food are determined by what will meet not only
their needs but also those that will stimulate the production of their happy
hormones or their desires, which is why dessert businesses such as Chef’s
Chu!rros exist in the food industry. Despite the fact that our product is
foreign, Filipinos' love of fried foods has made these fried finger-shaped
choux pastries popular in our country. Because of its popularity, several
businesses offering churros have sprung up all over the country, making it
difficult to determine who offers the best. Chef’s Chu!rros, as a business
that also offers churros, will carve our own identity in this industry as one
of the best by providing ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook churros
complemented by three different flavor dips.
