BRIGADA ESKWELA NARRATIVE REPORT

Another vacation has passed, and as we bid summer of 2018mgoodbye, we will
prepare ourselves to the beginning of a new school year, and what better to prepare us for
learning than a “Brigada Eskwela”.

Brigada Eskwela is here, a team effort forn then school to be ready this opening of
classes. Teachers, parents and everyone is so welcome to join the event. Yhe day
whereneverybody cleans up the the school that we left behind for the summer of 2018. We
gather our strength, armed with brooms, dust pan, paints and paintbrushes ready to fix,
clean and renovate aimingto be ready for the first day of classes

So it begins, the first day of Brigada Eskwela.

Parents helped around while some are inquiring things needed, school supplies, the
enrolment, giving report cards, what can they do, what to repair, what to bring tomorrow,
where should we start, all of this queries belong to the first day hype.

Then the monitoring team came, checking on things if everything is running

smoothly. They suggested few things to improve and what needs to be done, we gave
thanks to their presence as they went in their own ways for another school to monitor.

In our perspective as a school in a small community, we maybe few but we can pack
enough strength to make us thought all this fixing and repairing. With the help of few but
energetic parents we made through couple of days in Brigada Eskwela.

With restful minds we ended up with a closing ceremony, our last day of Brigada
Eskwela maybe over but our work is never done, but deep within ourselves we knew we did
good, we gave it all for our children to be ready this 4th day of June, 2018.
