Class intention: Expressing, writing and talking about future plans and
intentions.

Good afternoon students with the present class we finish our theme. We have a review about
future tense, the construction and uses. As the mayority of you made some mistakes using the
future progressive tense, the practice below is completely with the correct use of : be going to.

Remember we use future with be going to, to express future concrete plans and intentions;
that is, you are going to do, you are sure of that.
Here we can see the explanation and the correct use.

Explanation of the following exercises

We have three exercise:
1st : complete sentences using be going to. The exercise gives you the other part of the
sentences and you add be going to congugated properly.
1ro complete las oraciones utilizando be going to. El ejercicio te da la otra parte de la oracion y
usted agrega be going to conjugado correctamente.

2nd : the 2nd exercise is almost the same but in this case the exercise gives you the verb that
goes after be going to.
2do. El segundo ejercicio es casi lo mismo pero en este caso el ejercicio te da el verbo que va
despues de be going to.

3rd we have a comprehensible reading. You should answer the questions from the reading
given.
3ro tenemos una lectura comprensiva. Usted debe responder las preguntas a partir de la lectura
dada.

4th: to obtein oral grades, record yourself reading the text about barbara’s e-mai. Practice the
reading first as more as you can, then do it with style and intonation.
4to. Para obtener la nota oral gravese usted mismo leyendo el texto acerca del e-mail de Barbara.
Practique la lectura primero tanto como usted pueda, luego hagala con entonacion y estilo.
