CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
The problem that our group is trying to combat is the fact that since corona virus lockdown people
have lost their jobs, therefore making them suffer financially. Many people don’t have the right
education or knowledge on how to make money on the side. For this reason, our group are
providing them with a wide range of selection of viable jobs to make money to support their
livelihood during the pandemic. Some can be instant and others may take work to reap the benefits.
With this we hope that we can support those in times of need, not only that we hope they can turn
their small side income into something permanent for the future past the pandemic. The platform
that we have decide to use is through social media as this way we can reach people nationwide even
though many might be quarantined.
1.2 Purposes
The purpose for our project is to help people who are in need, some are struggling financially and
through our initiative we urge them to be able to stay productive at home while making money to
support them and their families, instead of being cooped up with no income during the quarantine
pandemic.
1.3 Benefits
The benefits to our group project are to be able to engage to other university students or even the
public audience even though we are not in contact, the audience will also receive help from our
guidance which will earn them income if they are willing to put in the work. Our group will not only
have the experience in working together as a team but have the satisfaction knowing that they are
helping the public during the covid pandemic.
