MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Memorandum of Agreement is made as of September 06, 2020 to formalize the

partnership in the project entitled “Sinag Quezon: Twenty para sa IP ng QP” on September
2020 at Brgy. Tongko Tayabas City, by and between

RHO TAU GAMMA FRATERNITY represented by MR. EDWIN GUINTO (President)

-and-

The Quezon Provincial Board and Council Youth Advocates for the Philippines Region IV-A
CALABARZON represented by Mr. Vinzen Josh Borja (Lucena City Director/Sponsorship
and Partnership Head) from Lucena City.

Whereas, Name of partner org/sponsor/company agrees to:

● Be one of the media partners for the Sinag Quezon project
● Post all the publicity materials related to Sinag Quezon project

In return, the Quezon Provincial Board and Council Youth Advocates for the Philippines Region
IV-A CALABARZON agrees to:
● Include the company logo in all publicity materials to be posted on our Facebook page
● Give e-certificate for the company

This contract is valid until October 2020 only.
