PKIC is Protiviti’s captive Knowledge and Innovation Center in Gurgaon which aims at providing
knowledge based services (listed below) to consultants across the world.
 External and internal research on companies and industries
 Benchmarking activities
 Strategic planning for the firm
 Knowledge management
 Marketing and design
 Training support
 Technology support
 Methodology excellence

Educational and Professional Credentials

 Post graduate degree from a reputed institution. This would include MBA from reputed Indian or
international B-School and/or professional degrees such as CA, CFA etc.
 Good academic record
 1-4 years post qualification experience in similar units of reputed consulting/research firms.
Candidates with front-end consulting looking at moving into a captive unit may also be considered

Job Responsibilities
 Support the strategic planning initiatives of the firm like business plans/communication
 Conduct in-depth research (including benchmarking, cash flow optimization analysis, etc.) on various
companies/industries/service offerings across geographies for business development as well as
engagement execution
 Review of proposals and presentations to ensure they are visually appealing, impactful and meet the
requisite quality standards
 Develop ‘Thought Leadership’ documents such as solution and industry white papers
 Develop and impart an understanding of the consulting methodology of the firm. Enable practice
professionals to apply the consulting methodology on engagements and ensure compliance of the
same
 Assist in the development of best practices identified from the application and review of the
methodology including online trainings and guidance materials
 Actively participate in the solutions innovation process and support idea generation for new service
offerings

Required Knowledge and Skills

 Work experience with similar captive units of reputed consulting firms or with research firms.
Candidates with front-end consulting experience looking at moving into a captive unit may also be
considered
 Open to the challenges of managing a continuously innovative work stream which would include
dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking, managing and training team members, ensuring quality in
service delivery to end-users, interacting with international offices across time zones
 Ability to leverage own experience and knowledge of best practices
 Ability to train, motivate and lead a team and take ownership
 Excellent written and spoken communication skills
 Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc. The candidate should be able to make
impactful documents, presentations using these applications
 Experience in managing and leading small teams and/or handling multiple projects simultaneously
