Hello everyone, A manager is like the head of a creature, it controls the actions and functions of the
creature to ensure a good ,long lasting, happy, productive life. As there is difference between others
and pretty much no one is a copy of some one else a manger could deffer resulting in diversity of
leadership and management attributes. Management is art and i totally agree with this sentence just
like how are bodies function in such harmony, a manager should lead others to achieve the objective
needed to be done, for example, in a mini market a manager need to make sure that customers get
a good experience entering the facility in order to encourage them to come back and become
regular customers, that could be achieved by many things, shelves must never be empty and should
always be in a coordinated manner, a manger should always instruct employees to keep an eye on
that. Dealing with customers is a really sensitive matter and the manager should always encourage
his employees to handle customers and treat them well and guide them on how to deal with certain
situations. In the end i believe a good manager have to create a smooth, well organized work place
and this is no easy task.

A manager is someone who empower his employees for the corporate good of a
company operation, example SMEs or larger corporations like Apple and Honda to produce
quality goods or services. As a manager the most important part of my job is
processes of getting activities done more efficiently.

A manager plays a vital role in company operation performance because of the information he or
she could use to reach the employee and run the day to day activities of the company operation,
setting and achieving the company goals and proper execution of his jobs as a manager.

For a smooth performance of a manager in a company operation, the manager uses these three
roles of interpersonal, informational and decisional. The manager represents company in
interpersonal relationship with employees during company operation, the manager act as a
figurehead of the company operation and lastly the manager represents the company legally and
socially to those outside of the organization.

I agree on what is important role to the manager. As you said, processes of getting activities done
more efficiently are important to manager. However, It would be nice if there were more references
about the topic "The art of getting things done through the efforts of other people".
