1. To address the need for synchronize delivery of Learning Modules of the different
subjects to our respective students for the School Year 2020-2021, the school has
designated the following teaching personnel as the Focal Persons for the different
modalities to coordinate with future volunteers to wit:

For Junior High School

TERMS OF REFERENCE:
1. Connect-A-Learner Coordinator shall take charge seeking volunteer
households that can provide comfortable space in the garage or any
open space in their compound for learners within their neighborhood
who have concerns on learning space in their homes. This household
may be with or without internet connection.

He/she can assign co-teachers to be their co-members in the committee.

He/she is also in-charge of monitoring and evaluation on the conduct of
the activities in the learning center.

2. Learning Resources(LR) Community Kiosks/LR Pasabay

Coordinator shall take charge of seeking and coordinating with
volunteer sari-sari store ( or any other known community centers)
owners in communities to serve as LR Kiosks for distribution and
retrieval of LRs as well as portfolios of learners. For sari-sari stores in
far-flung communities, they will be requested to have the LRs be given
to them when they are in the town proper to buy their merchandise.
He/she can assign co-teachers to be their co-members in the committee.
He/she is also in-charge of monitoring and evaluation on the conduct of
the distribution of LRs.

3. Learning Resources Movers Coordinator shall take charge of seeking

and coordinating with volunteer riders’ associations who will help in
delivering LRs to the homes of students having difficulty to get the
learning materials in schools and other LR kiosks. He/she can assign
co-teachers to be their co-members in the committee. He/she is also in-
charge of monitoring and evaluation on the conduct of the distribution of
LRs.
4. Community-Based Tutorial (Gabay Guro) Coordinator shall take
charge of seeking and coordination with volunteers who are preferably
Education major students and even students/graduates of other courses
from Higher Education Institutions(HEIs) to be invited as community
tutors who will be provided on CPD-Accredited training on beginning
reading, remedial reading and competency-based teaching and learning
which can gain merit in their application to teaching positions in DepEd
Rizal. Certificates for their accomplishments as certified community-
based tutors as outstanding accomplishments.
He/she can assign co-teachers to be their co-members in the committee.
He/she is also in-charge of monitoring and evaluation on the conduct of
the distribution of LRs.
