Beyond Perspective
A great man once said. “Technology is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids
working together and motivating them, the teacher is most important.”- Bill Gates.
Indeed, technology and it's uses creates big impact in our day to day living. But
professionals and significant persons are more valuable because they are the ones who
drive the society and everythings in it.
Further, having these technologies have side effects that a student or a user might
affect his behavior and health as well. In the rural areas, the students will access the
internet for other things, for example, facebook, MSN, Yahoo, Twitter and others.
While the lecturer having the lesson in front, they will not pay more attention to the
lecturer. Students, feel lazy to attend the class if they can easily get the study material
from the web. It will change their behavior to become more irresponsible.
Furthermore, the students sitting in front of the computer for a long time may cause
health problem. Health problem such as stress and eyes strain can affect a student in
their education.
In conclusion, people are divided into two different perspectives regarding this issue.
Some people believe that technology will enhance student’s knowledge, whereas,
other authorities are struggling to provide technology in the classroom. But, it is more
likely important if use these technologies in right ways of communication and
interaction to people.
