Reflection Paper
Adolescence is the transition era between childhood and adulthood. This involves some
significant changes to the body, and to the way a young person responds to the environment.
Understanding how and what to expect will facilitate healthy development at various levels.
Adolescence may be a time of disorientation and exploration for teenagers. Many teenagers have
a relatively self-centered view on life; a state of mind that typically declines with age.
Relationships with family members fairly frequently take a back seat to peer groups, romantic
interests and appearances. Significant mental health problems often occur during puberty.
Addressing an illness early will help ensure the best possible result. Explaining how their bodies
are going to change will ease a child's anxiety. Listening is a strong but undervalued method.
Explaining the implications of important decisions will inspire teens to reflect on their choices.
Active listening creates empathy and confidence, while at the same time helping teens to process
their experience.

I ask my friends and my peers about what they can do on their own at this stage of their
life. But I found out that these stages of life, several teens are more interested to drunk an alcohol
instead to do things that can prevent from harmful. Some of the reason’s adolescents use alcohol
are curiosity to feel good, stress reduction, and relaxation to fit in. From a very young age,
adolescents see advertisements showing beautiful people enjoying life while drinking alcohol. I
ask also my peers at school and they said that this stage of life they are experiencing how to smoke
a cigarette and the vapes at a very young age. Smoking is a difficult habit to break because
electronic cigarettes and cigarettes contains addictive chemical nicotine. People are beginning to
smoke for various reasons. Almost all adult tobacco users started before they were 18 years of age.
Most of them never intended to become addicted to smoking.

I ask myself about this question, are there certain abilities that I should work on to improve
myself at this time? Yes, no matter the career level, there is still space for growth. Sometimes, the
emphasis appears to be on barriers rather than tactics. There are a variety of things you can do to
better yourself, beginning with setting goals and creating an action plan that involves professional
growth, physical fitness, and even a little imaginative. There is always something to learn, and as
we grow older, so little time to do that. There are countless bits of information and abilities that a
person can learn all the life. Here are a few self-improvement skills that you can focus on.
Time management is one of abilities that I want to improve for myself and also for the
others. Effective time management helps students to finish more in less time. Efficient use of time
also reduces stress, as students tick items off their to-do list. It can also provide a sense of
accomplishment through the achievement of goals. Effective time management is one of the most
desirable job skills. Time Management is a thinking skill that helps children prioritize tasks and
correctly determine the amount of time required to complete them. Time Management also
requires children tracking their own behavior and efforts. It also involves having the appropriate
sense of urgency to complete tasks. Strong time management skills at home help children complete
household duties or activities in a timely manner, and get ready and out of the door on time in the
morning.

Certain abilities that I want to improve to myself is being an open mindedness, grateful and
be a responsible person to all things whether it is living or non-living organism in this whole world.
But “How do we see the world?” the world is now in danger, because of the human being. Humans
are the one of the reasons why the earth destroy vividly, and one of the reasons why the forest are
now in danger, because of the humans. Human kills thousands of animals that are now in critically
endangered species, now the current problem in our nature is water pollution, deforestation, air
pollution, global warming and this pandemic cause by Covid-19. But we can still change our mind
on this, we can still be able to fight this stigma to try those things that are environment are still
beautiful, we can still plant a tree, we can still create a technology to prevent air and water
pollution, we can still love and give a care on all animals in this world, because God creates us
beautiful and we can share our love to all living things.

Life is a never-ending getting to know the experience. One of the most vital lessons we are
able to ever study from comes from within. As we go through life, it is important that
we examine who we are, and feature the ability to perceive and develop from our own personal
power and weaknesses. Knowing what we are suitable at and what we are susceptible is
the only way we are able to actually develop as individuals. This knowledge helps us to attain the
goals we set for ourselves in life. Through taking this personal stock of my strengths and
weaknesses, I have determined what I want to do not only to higher apprehend who I am but a
way to enhance my life. In order to evaluate my power, skill audits evaluation has proven me in
which I can play to my strengths, and convey in others to fill my weaknesses.
