Title: Human Resources Manager


Location: Angeles City Pampanga

Job Summary:
Metrojet Engineering Clark Ltd. (MEC) was established in 2012, under the Metrojet
Group, as part of the Kadoorie family. MEC is a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul
(MRO) facility designed to augment both heavy and line maintenance capabilities in the
region. We are looking for a high caliber candidate to join our expanding business.

Job Duties:

 Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and


evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and
practices.
 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions
for all positions.
 Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing
program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing
exit interviews; and recommending changes.
 Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation
and training programs.
 Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and
conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling
individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay
structure revisions.
 Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human
resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining
records, and representing the organization at hearings.
 Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending
human resource policies and procedures.
 Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval
system and keeping past and current records.
 Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
employees.

 Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining


employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Shortage of employees

 An employee refusing to take on additional responsibility

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's/College Degree
 Post Graduate Diploma
 Master's Degree
 Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam

Experience:

 Degree Holder in Human Resource Management or related disciplines


 Experience
 Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in HR preferably in an MRO or
aviation industry
 Experience in drafting policies or memos and creating office communication
using Photoshop or similar tools.

Skills:

 Has foresight, organized and meticulous to details.


 Can communicate confidently to all levels in the organization.
 Independent, self-starter and can work without supervision
 Analytical, resilient and proactive

Responsibilities:

 In charge of sourcing and pre-screening of candidates.


 Manage job posting and requisition ensuring target to fill is met.
 Manage OJT requests, assessment, deployment and exit.
