CERHNS MINIATURE CHRISTMAS VILLAGE

COMPETITION

MECHANICS:
1. The contest is open for all CERNHS Teams.
2. Christmas decors and ornaments may vary depending on the theme chosen by each
team.
3. Christmas lights and other electrical devices may be added to enhance the visual
appeal/effect of the decorations.
4. Christmas trees must be minimum of 50 cm. but not exceeding 100 cm.
5. Concept and decors must be original and newly created.
6. The Christmas village decoration must be completely set-up on
____________________.
7. Schedule of visit for judging and simultaneous Christmas Lighting Ceremony will be
announced by the School Head.
8. Students and other designers are strictly not allowed only teachers and qualified
personnel of CERNHS shall help in decorating the Christmas village.
9. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry, which does not comply with
any of the contest mechanics and guidelines.
10. The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.

CERNHS Pasko Fiesta Christmas

Carol Competition
MECHANICS:
1. The contest is open for all CERNHS Teams.
2. Each team must have 100% attendance during the presentation.
3. Each group shall sing any Christmas songs in Tagalog, Visayan or English version
may be sung. Any accompaniments are allowed except drum set. Medley is
encouraged.
4. The presentation should be minimum of 3 minutes and maximum of 5 minutes only.
5. The theme of the presentation, including costume and choreography of the performer
is left to the discretion of the competitor based on their own interpretation of the
songs.
6. All carollers are prohibited from using inflammable materials such as fireworks or
pyrotechnics.
7. The decision of judges is final and irrevocable.
