General Guidelines ‫إرشادات عامة‬

2. The contractor before submitting the bid must study all the circumstances surrounding the sites that may affect the work .‫ ويتحمل المقاول كامل المسؤولية اذا لم يقم بذلك‬,‫ عل المورد المتقدم يف العطاء ودراسة جميع الظروف المحيطة بالمنشأه والمؤثره عل االعمال‬-2
3. The contractor should commit to the specified delivery date mentioned above ‫ر‬ ‫ ر‬3

Technical Specifications
1. A site visit is required for contractors to see the campsite ‫المواصفات الفنية‬
2. All items materials in this bill of quantities will includes supplying, installing, connecting, testing, manpower, warehousing, distribution, secondary transportation, second ‫للمقاولي قبل العصاء مطلوبه لرؤية الموقع‬

4. Any damages to other structure in the site will be the responsibility of the contractor to redo poor workmanship without cost to IOM ‫ ويجب أن تكون جميع األعمال تحت راشاف من مهندس المنظمة الدولية للهجرة‬، ‫ يجب أن تكون جميع أعمال اللحام ملحومة جيدا‬- 3
5. Follow IOM site engineers instruction at all times ‫ ستكون عل عاتق المقاول إعادة تصليج او تصنيع الضر دون تكبد المنظمة الدولية للهجرة اي كلفه‬،‫ أي أضار للهياكل او تشييد اخر يف الموقع‬- 4
6. All materials should be of good quality. Show sample for approval before installing. Cost includes transportation and installation. Follow supervising engineer instruction during ‫مهندس الموقع للمنظمة الدولية للهجرة يف جميع األوقات‬
