check b10wer’ s in1et and discharge port ,confirm where the prob1em 1ies.
9, Air f1ow adjustment
Since the roots blOwer is a vo1umeˉ sharp machine, changes in rotation speed will
cause corresponding changes in air vo1ume and power out .When you want to change
the air f1ow ,yOu can change the pu11eys size ,but the power and noise wi11 be
increased !

3, Inspection Methods
(1) Discharge pressure
COnfirm that the va1ve shown on the pressure gauge is be1ow that noted on the
face p1ate .The cOck on the pressure gauge shou1d be c1osed during norma1 operation
and on1y opened for inspection. The pressure gauge itse1f is easi1y to be damaged
by Ⅴibration or heat from b1ower ,and it shou1d be removed when nit in

 use ,Alternative1y , a pressure gauge stand could be used and the gauge could be

connected to the b1ower using a rubber hose .Either of these options wi11 prevent

breakd0wn of the pressure gauge .

(2) Lubrication oi1

a, Gear Oil Change

Place an oil receiving dish underneath the gear cover ,remove the drain p1ug

underside and let a11 oil f1ow out ,The Oi1 wi11 flow out quioker if the topˉ
side
oil cap is Opened.Confirm that a11 the oil has been removed and replace the drain

p1ug .Use a funnel when pouring in fresh 0i1 ,and fi11 up oil to a point at the

midd1e of sight g1ass leve1。 (drain plug must be tighten to prevent oil leaking
form the plug ;prevent the gears damage bef0re of the lack 0f oi1!
