CONCEPTUAL PLAN
BACK GROUND
The project proponent had obtained the Environmental Clearance (EC) for
implementing the project on a plot area of 300 acres, comprising of
Residential plots, Group housing, Commercial and IT park vide order No.
21-86/2006-IA.III, dated 2nd August,2006. The Project is being jointly
developed with Embassy Group.

The breakup of the Land Use of the Project is given below:
Out of the 359.11 acres land, 126 acres 13.5 Guntas ( 126.337 acres) was
allotted by Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB).
Additionally about 19 acres 24 guntas (19.60 Acres) of land was acquired
privately by the MPPL, totalling to 145.937 acres for development of
Commercial/IT/Hotel/Retail etc (Sector A).

The Details of the Construction by MPPL in Sector A of the Project till date
is as below:
The earlier estimated Project Cost in 2010 was Rs 5,535 Crores for
construction of the Project in 359.11 Acres and BUA of 35,01,009.60 sq.m.
Till date an amount of Rs 3,430.55 Crores was incurred towards the
development of 229.707 Acres (Sector A & B) and construction of
16,30,659.17 sq.m was completed in the Sector A of the Project.

The summary of the revision in the built-up area (sq.m) of the Project is as
