RESOLUTION NO. 14 SERIES OF 2020

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN 2021 INCLUDING THE PRIORITY DEVELOPMENT
PROJECTS FUNDED UNDER THE 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND FY 2021 AND INDORSING TO THE HONORABLE
MEMBERS OF SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF BAMBANG, NUEVA VIZCAYA.

WHEREAS, as mandated by Art. 410 of the IRR of RA 7160, otherwise known as the “Local Government
Code of 1991”, the Municipal Development Council shall craft and submit the Annual Investment Plan to the Local
Finance Committee;

WHEREAS, Chapter I, Sec. 287 of the same Code provides that “Each Local Government Unit shall
appropriate in its Annual Budget no less than Twenty Percent (20%) of its Annual Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) for
development projects;

WHEREAS, the Municipal Development Council was convened for the identification and presentation of the
projects and activities funded under the Twenty Percent (20%) Development Fund;

WHEREAS, after an exhaustive and rigorous deliberation, the Municipal Development Council collegially and
unanimously agreed to approve the Annual Investment Plan FY 2021 including the projects under 20% Development
Fund and to indorse the same to the members of the Sangguniang Bayan for adoption;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to forward copies of this resolution

to the Sangguniang Bayan of Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya thru the Presiding Officer, their favorable consideration and
action, likewise to other agencies concerned for their information.

CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY, this 30th day of June 2020 at Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.
