SELF CHECK IN/OUT PROCEDURE
CHECK IN : 3PM, CHECK OUT : 1130AM
1. Inform the guard that you want to check in homestay(pls register at guard),
the guard will allow you to enter the apt area.
2. Go to lobby and look for post box A-3-19
3. Inside the mailbox, there’s a safe box
4. Open it with the code (provide separately)
5. Take the keys and access card
(refer picture on next page). Left safe box in mailbox
6. If you don’t bring car, just go direct to the lift. Inside lift, touch lift access card to the black panel on
right and then select level 3. (Lobby at level P1)
7. Parking : Go to designated parking at level P4A (bay 52)

8. Walk towards lift area and touch the access card to enter the lift area.
9. Inside lift, touch access card to the panel and select level 3, once reached level 3, turn right then
walk towards the unit (A-3-19)

5. TIDAK dibenarkan sebarang minuman beralkohol/dadah/sebarang benda terlarang atau kegiatan yang menyalahi undang-undang di dalam
rumah ini / Do not use the premises for activities that could violate the law or immoral business or gambling in whichever method.

6. Only Halal food and beverages are allowed to be brought into the house.

7. TIDAK dibenarkan sebarang bentuk parti atau aktiviti yang mengganggu keharmonian jiran/ No parties or activities that disrupt neighbours

8. Please ensure all cooking utensils (pot/plate/ cutlery and etc) are placed orderly after used.

9. Pastikan sampah (termasuk pad/diapers) dibuang ke dalam tong sampah yang disediakan. Please dispose all garbage/ waste(include
pad/diapers) into the provided baskets or bins.

10. Pastikan semus suis (lampu, kipas, air con, tv, dapur, water heater, ) dipadamkan (kecuali suis peti ais) apabila tidak digunakan. Please turn
off (lights, fan, aircon, tv, water heater) switch off (except refrigerator) when not in use. Maintain GOOD HABITS when use Water and
Electricity

11. We’ll not be liable for any losses or damage to property or personal injury, accident or negligence of the guest during stay at the premise

12. Guest is encourage to report any damage/ unexpected events that occur to the owner.

13. Guest shall be charge for any damages due to their negligence or recklessness on the property during their stay.

14. Guest is not allowed to take / rearrange the equipment / furniture provided in the premise without permission
