JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

We, RAY GUILLEN OTAZA TAPOC and MARIA MADELEINE
ONG TAPOC, spouses, of legal age, Filipinos, and with postal address at
66 A. Del Rosario Street, Marulas, Valenzuela City, on oath, depose and
state that;

1. We are the children of HERMAN A. TAPOC, and Maria Madeleine

Ong Tapoc, being his daughter-in-law;

2. We will having a five (5) day vacation in Seoul, South Korea;

3. Our father, HERMAN A. TAPOC shall undertake and provide all our
necessary expenses and support during our five (5) day stay in Seoul,
South Korea; and

4. We are executing this Joint affidavit to attest to the truth of all our
foregoing facts for all legal intents and purposes it may served.
