Sir:

This is written in behalf of my friends who have sought my help in

this case, namely: Remegio R. Malasig, Allan Salo, Alberto Balicastro,
Marilou Obisiana, Alfred Paclibar of 16 5th Street, FILREZAM Subidvision,
Canumay West, Valenzuela City.

They filed a Joint Judicial Affidavit-Complaint against Hon. Judge

Lilia Mercedes Encarnacion A. Gepty and Sheriff Louie C. Dela Cruz of
Regional Trial Court, Branch 75 of Valenzuela City. A copy thereof is hereto
attached as Annex A.

They alleged that they were given three (3) days from July 7, 2021 to
vacate their residences this July 12, 2021.

They claim that the Judge and Sheriff have not complied with the
provisions of OCA Circular No. 72-2003 in relation to Republic Act No.
7279 of Urban Development and Housing Act of 1992 on proper relocation
of displaced constituents and there is no mandatory pre-
eviction/demolition conference between the parties as provided under
Section 6 of the Memorandum Circular No. 2014-82, Series of 2014 dated
July 17, 2014. A copy thereof is hereto attached as Annex B.
 We ask your kind office to see it this emergency problem of your
constituents of some six (6) families of some thirty (30) persons, in total,
including their children.
