COURSE DESIGN AND DELIVERY ASSIGNMENT-2

1. To what extent the set objective was achieved? (50 words)

All the students have attempted their best to reach the objective of this task, as the
students were allowed free to choose their own values of the elements which made
them learn the variation in the circuits and how each element variation effects the
working of the circuit was graphically observed. So it was a 100% successful task to
reach the objective.

2. To what extent the planning for implementation was successful? (50 words)

As the students learned this topic in their schooling where they have learnt the
vibration of one objective due to the influence of other, keeping that in view the
students were transferred to the Electrical Circuit where they have practically
observed the variations, by implementing the task by changing the values of either
R,L and C gradually, thereby the planning was set very well to make them learn and
remember the topic thoroughly.

3. To what extent the in-class activity was successful? (50 words)

As the group of students were able to show their outputs practically in the laboratory
and explain the operation graphically so that they can remember the operation of radio
circuit why data is being able to transfer at a particular frequency by graph easily. The
activity was 100% successful to make the students comfortably learning the topic.

4. What were the main challenges and how did you try to address them? (200 words)

PROBLEMS SOLUTIONS
1. The construction of circuit on 1. The internal connectivity of the
breadboard. breadboard was explained with a
small circuit operation.

2. The selection of the values of

circuit elements. 2. They were helped to do
theoretical calculation of the value
of frequency with formulas, so
that they can select the nearby
values to select a particular
frequency.

5. What modifications will you make for the next run? (50 words)
With the experience of the flipped classroom activity, for future activities I would like
to add designing of another circuit which will be the counter part of the resonant
circuit i.e. the circuit should reject a particular frequency and allow all other
frequency values. Also I would like to reduce the size of the group so that more
students get involved in activity by themselves instead of active students doing it
quicker.

6. How did the students enjoy the experience? Did you take student feedback? (50
words)

The students really enjoyed thoroughly as the experience was new to them and I have
taken feedback by preparing a questionnaire with 20 logical questions, out of 42
students 35 students have given 90% of the correct answers. This shows that students
have learnt the topic very well by practical method instead of listening to lecture.
