‫راپور تخنیکی انجنیری یا راپور باز دید از ساحه پروژه ساختمانی عبارت از راپور است که در آن کنترول‪ ،‬چک نمودن پروسه‬
‫ساخت و ساز و یا تفتیش و بازدید از حالت پروژه ساختمانی ویا هر ساحه محیط زیستی باشد که تا فعال کدام کار در آن انجام داده‬
‫شده‪ .‬راپور تخنیکی انجنیری برای ارزیابی فیصدی کار انجام شده پروژه ساختمانی نیز استفاده میشود‪.‬‬

‫تست ساحوی خشت از لحاظ محکمیت ‪Field Brick test ,‬‬

‫برای تست ساحوی خشت میتوانید یک خشت را بشکل افقی و یک خشت را در زیر آن بشکل‬
‫عمودی قرار دهید و به زمین از فاصله یک متری رها کنید و این کار را باالی سه جوره خشت‬
‫جداگانه که از قسمت های مختلف انبار خشت گرفته ایید انجام دهید‪ .‬در سه بار انجام این کار باید‬
‫دو تست جواب مثب بدهد یعنی خشت ها میده نشود و اگر از یک بار زیاد میده میشد بداند که‬
‫کیفیت خشت مشکل دارد اینکه‬
‫شاید خشت از قسمت های سر کوره خشتی بوده که بخار خشت های دیگر آنرا ضعیف الکیفیت‬
‫کرده‪.‬‬

‫‪1- Construction work slow, stopped, on planed so the work must be started as soon as possible‬‬
‫کار ساختمانی به شکل بطی روان است‪ /‬یا کار مطلقا توقف است و باید کارها در اسرع وقت شروع شود‬
‫)‪2- The ratio of the concrete was not correct so that ratio of concerted for mark 200M must be ( 1:1.4:2‬‬
‫نسبت مواد ریگ جغل و سمنت درست نبود فلهذا برای مارک ‪ 200‬باید نسبت مواد جغل ریگ و سمنت ‪ 1:1.5:2‬باشد‬
‫‪3- Gravel has dirt , so it must be washed before use in concrete‬‬
‫ریگ در بین خود الی و خاک داشت فلهذا باید ریگ و جغل قبل از استفاده خوب شتسته شود و بعد استفاده‬
‫آب موجود آب سیالب بود که قابل استفاده نمی باشد‬
‫خشت کاری به شکل منظم انجام شده بود ‪4- Break‬‬
‫سنگ کاری در بعضی قسمت ها مواد کانکریت اصال استفاده نشده بود که باید سنگ کاری تخریب شده و دوباره از سر با مواد که نسبت ‪5- Stone‬‬
‫های آن دیزاین شده اجرا شود‬
‫رنگ در قرارداد نوع برایتو است لیکن در ساحه از رنگ های گینت و محلی استفاده شده فلهذا باید رنگ از نوع برایتو استفاده شود ‪6- Paint‬‬
To conclude

1- Construction work of this project going smoothly, fairly, very good , not bad, in a best condition, bad,
so bad, on satisfactory.
This company should be given appreciation award or execute their payment as best implementer

2- Based on low quality and less technical education and the existing evidence, this company must be
fined/ introduced to responsibility authorities to take its construction working permit and should be
blacklisted.
