classroom and more than capable to take charge when the moment presents itself. Ms.
Hopkins has developed the self-confidence, resourcefulness, and innovative thinking skills
necessary to excel in the field of education today. Her maturity has enabled her to adapt to
many circumstances with great resiliency. She is very effective in presenting her ideas both
verbally and in writing. Ms. Hopkins does not hesitate to ask questions and is always open to
suggestions.

Ms. Hopkins has shown the ability to properly manage the classroom making it possible for our
students to have a disciplined and orderly learning environment. Her creativeness with the use
of a variety of instructional strategies made each day an enjoyable learning experience for them.
Through her confidence and enthusiasm, the students most definitely sensed a genuine feeling
of caring. From the onset of her student teaching experience, she has shown commitment to
her students, the school system, and her own professional growth, all qualities that will be a
valuable addition to your district.
