Gradul de noutate. Specialitatea Drept este una dintre cele primordiale in societatea contemporana.

Consultarea partenerilor. Analiza mediului extern se referd la evaluarea contextului economic, socio-cultural gi a pielei
poten{iale a muncii pentru identificarea nevoii de instruire gi formare profesionala" a serviciilor educalionale
oferite de USM,
comparabile cu cele oferite de alte universita{i din {ara gi din strdinAtate. Se au in vedere gi recomandarile reglementarile specifice

Analiza mediului intern se refer[ la evaluarea ofertei existente de programe de studii, a obiectivelor strategice

resursele disponibile ale USM.
Coordonarea procesului de elaborare a programului. Programul de studii la specialitatea Drept a fost coordonat cu
departamentele facultafli, validat de
consiliul facultafii gi aprobat de Senatul USM.
Metode gi criterii de evaluare. Metodologia evalu[rii in cadrul programului de studii Drept, reflect6 abordarea cuniculard gi
esteorientatl spre evaluarea rezultatelor inv6{[rii (a competentelor). in acest context, la inceputul semestrului studen{ii sunt
informalr
despre formele $i modalitdtile de evaluare, criteriile de apreciere.
Evaluarea rezultatelor academice se rcalizeazdprin: Evaluare inifiall; Evaluare curenttr; Evaluare finali.
Evaluarea curenttr serealizeazl, pe parcursul procesului educa{ional in cadrul cursului, seminariilor, activitatilor practice,
consultaliilor.
Prin evaluarea curentd profesorul monitorizeaz6 procesul de formare a competenlelor profesionale a viitorilor specialigti;
Evaluarea curenti constata rezultatele activitAfii de formare profesionala: at6t a celor realizatein sala de curs,

Evaluarea curent[ include gi doud atestdri obligatorii desfbgurate in termenul indicat in calendarul
academic. Rezultatere

Forma de realizare ale evalu[rii finale sunt: examenul (oral sau scris).
Rezultatele evaludrii finale se expriml in note conform grilei de notare (nota minim6 de promovare

Num[rul creditelor academice constata realizarea integrali a volumului de munca pretins studentului care demonstreazd
prezenta anumitor competenle.

The concept oftraining the specialist. As a specialty aim is to achieve an effective field training,
creating prerequisites for
socio-secure successful professional people specialized in law in the legal system ofthe Republic ofMoldova and the possibility of
professional advancement abroad.
The specialist in jurisprudence (law degree) can carry on his professional activity in different
fields - civil, criminar,
financial' banking, criminology, psychology, legislation, human rights protection, etc., taking into account
specialty nominated.
An efficient achievement of all mentioned objectives assures the graduate successful socio-professional
integration.
Lawyers can operate as judges, prosecutors, advocates, employee in different govemment structures,
especially the Ministry of
Justice, Ministry of Interior, legal departments and sections of the central and local public
administration authorities, institutions.

institutions with judicial expertise;

Consultation of partners. The analysis of the external environment refers to the assessment of the economic, socio-cultural
context and the potential labor market for identiffing the training and training needs of the educational services

Methods and evaluation criteria. The assessment methodology in the curriculum Law, reflects the curriculum

and is geared towards evaluating the leaming outcomes (skilts). In this context, at the beginning of
the semester students are informed
about the forms and modalities of assessment, the criteria of appreciation.
The evaluation of the academic results is achieved by: Initial assessment; Current assessment; Final assessment.
The initial assessment is done at the beginning of the discipline; chapter, theme.
The teacher registers the results ofthe initial assessment in the personal register.
The current assessment is carried out during the educational process during the course, seminars, practical
activities,
consultations.
Through the current assessment, the teacher monitors the process of professional skills training
of future specialists;
The current assessment reveals the results ofthe training activity: both in the classroom and in the individual work:
The results ofthe current assessment are expressed in marks according to the rating grid.
The current assessment also includes two compulsory attestations within the timefiame indicated
in the academic timetable.
The results ofthese assessments are taken into account in the final semester assessments and have
a share ofnot less than 40 percent
ofthe final grade in the discipline.
The final evaluation has the balance sheet function and is done at the end of the discipline study.
The form ofthe final evaluation is: the exam (oral or written form).
The results of the final evaluation are expressed in marks according to the scoring scale (minimum

The number of academic credits shows that the workload claimed by the student demonstrates

Rules on academic promotion. The promotion condition in the next year of study is the accumulation of the number of
mandatory credits.
Enrollment in the next year of study is conditional upon the accumulation of at least 40 credits at the course units /
compulsory modules provided in the Annual Education Contract.
Students enrolled in the following year may accumulate overdue credits in the next 2 (two) recovery sessions (arrears),
The student can recover outstanding credits by repeating courses at unpaid disciplines by paying the fee set by the
USM'Senate.
The student proposed for expulsion is entitled to request the repetition of the semester or the study year, with
payment ofthe study fee.
The promotion of students for the second year and the following years of study is approved by the USM rector
provided the educational plan is achieved and the necessary number ofacademic credits is accumulated.
The student is promoted in the next academic year with a maximum of 20 academic credits. The unsuccessful student
in the next year of study is expelled and can repeat the year. In case of repeating the year, the course units / modules previously
promoted do not repeat. The student only recovers outstanding.credits.
