INTRODUCTION
Zoom is a video conferencing application that allows several users to have virtual meeting.

NB: Both Host and guest has to download (at no charge) and install the zoom application on their electronic devices first, before setting up a
meeting and connecting to a meeting.

SETTING UP ZOOM AS A HOST OF A MEETING
1. Visit https://zoom.us in your internet browser.

2. Click on HOST A MEETING then select option with video on.

3. Input email and password used to register for zoom and then sign in. (NB: Password can be reset when forgotten and link
sent to email to reset password)

4. Click on schedule new meeting.

5. Input details of meeting and save i.e. Topic, description of meeting, time and duration.
NB: for unlimited duration the meeting has to be hosted by Maxwell Owusu-Edusei.

6. Click on start meeting button to start meeting.

7. Copy invitation link to send to guests.

8. Send invitation link via whatsapp or email to guest.

CONNECTING TO MEETING AS A QUEST
1. Click on invitation link to connect.

2. Click on open link to launch the zoom application.

3. Click on join with audio to proceed.

HOST ADMITTING GUEST INTO MEETING

1. Click on admit to allow guest join the meeting.
