Verify base materials and welding consumable materials matches to the requirement and ensure
that the specified welding filler metals are used on each base metal or combination of base
materials.
Dimensional checking of structural components on all modules prior to the start of full welding;
correct all items if there is any discrepancy and schedule for re-inspection with client .
Joint fit up, aligning the joint main ting the pre heat, checking welding process, inter pass clean &
Temp, background surfaces, NDT examination.

ensure weld has been done by a qualified welder with an approved WPS and materials
