DEMONSTRATION TEACHING

I. Objectives:

At the end of the lesson, the pupils should be able to:

a. Identifies the Glow Foods (fruits and vegetables);
b. Familiarized the Glow Foods (fruits and vegetables) that are produced in our community;
c. Appreciates the importance of fruits and vegetables in our body.

III. Learning Tasks

A. Preparatory Activities
1. Customary Greetings
a. Prayer
b. Checking of attendance

2. Motivation
Divide the class into two. Let the pupils solve the jigzaw puzzle.
Present their works infront of their classmates.

B. Development of the Lesson

1. Presentation, Discussion and Analysis

a. Show the vendors in the market. Mang Kanor’s Vegetable Stall and Aling Maria’s Fruit Stand.

b. Present the fruits and vegetables to the pupils.

c. Let them identify which are fruits and which are vegetables.
d. Tell the importance of fruits and vegetables to our body.

3. Application:
Present the “Guess Me” challenge. The pupils will tell if it is fruits or vegetables. Pupils who got the
answer correct will get a reward.

4. Generalization:
Fruits and vegetables keeps are body healthy and also it gives us vitamins to keep us free form diseases.

IV. Evaluation:
Write F if the pictures shown are fruits and V if it is vegetables.

V. Assignment:
