Dear Madam,

RE: FIELD SURVEY TO OPEN THE BOUNDARIES OF PLOT 2110, BLOCK 92 LAND
AT NAMWEZI KYAGGWE COUNTY MUKONO DISTRICT

Reference is made to the contractual brief signed between Mr.

Kabanda Simon and yourself to carry out the abobe mentioned
assignment, a field survey was carried out to verify the location of
Plot 2110. My findings are entailed in the report below.

Location and Access:

The Plot is located at Namwezi village, Kyaggwe county, Mukono

district.
This Plot 2110 can be approached from Namugongo town by way of
Namugongo-SSonde Road. Proceed to a petrol station called Silcon Oil
Ssonde and take a left turn then drive through Misindye village.
Continue for 2.7 Km to a juntion (JK Dom clinic) and take a right
turn and continue for 400m. Take a left turn at Trinity Nursery and
primary school and drive straight for 1.25 km on Bethel-Heritage
road and bypass lord Nursery school. Take a right turn to a junction
going down for 150m to the site.(see figure 4 below)

Instrumentation and data:

The data used for boundary opening was the title and cadastral
prints obtained from Mukono land MZO. This data was georeferenced to
obtain coordinates for the plot corners as well as the neighboring
plot's corners.
S86-T GPS, Leica Total Station.

Methodology:
The survey was carried out using CORS RTK GPS reference complemented
by Leica Total station. Arc1960 UTM Z36N datum was used as the
reference. The coordinate data generated earlier was staked out to
locate the markstones observing for dimension and angular
consistencies with regards to the cadastral prints. Having located
CM1, CM2. CM7 and CM8, the plot was reconstructed to locate the
markstones CM3, CM4 and CM5.

Findings:
a) Two(2) CM1, CM2 of the Five (5) mark-stones were physically
seen on ground. The other markstones CM3,CM4 and CM5 were
refixed using the coordinate data and checking with other
markstones CM7 and CM8 of plots 2111 and 2112 respectively
considering the cadastral dimensions of these plots.
b) The land is under Private Mailo Tenure with Registered
Proprietor Mrs----------------.
c) A four meter 80 cm (4.8) meter wide access road to the plot
is available which also serves the land after the plot.
d) The dimensions of the existing markstones on ground were
consistent with the cadastral dimensions on the survey prints.
(see figure1)
e) The Area measured on ground is 0.125 Ha which is consistent
with the title area.
f) Plot 2110 is not developed.

Conclusion:

The boundary opening drawing, prints and location image are attached
to this report.
