tools, etc.;
o Process requests for new purchases, replacements of office equipment;
o Scout for options and alternatives (equipment, facilities, etc.);
o Present at least 3 options (items, suppliers/providers, costs and/or quotations);
o Process and ensure repairs and/or renovations of office spaces/offices/areas/facilities;
o Provide and monitor requests for check/s as payment for billings – PLDT landlines, WIFI and
DSL, Globe lines, internet and mobile postpaid, Smart mobile postpaid, Sun mobile postpaid,
web hosting – domain and server, Meralco, office rentals, Association dues, water and/or
electricity;
o Responsible for Christmas Party raffle – from solicitation, to collection to distribution;
o In-charge to scout, allocation, organize, deliver and/or distribute Corporate Give-away;
o Monitor storage room and central warehouse;
o Monitor and implement office maintenance, cleanliness, and safety and security procedures;
o Monitor log of key keepers per day;
o Implement BOSH standards. Monitor requirements.
